Step 1
Open the Mail Program

Click on Tools

Click on Accounts

Click on the Mail tab

Click on ADD then Click MAIL

Fill in your Display Name (Mail User Full Name), Click on Next

Fill in the Mail Users Email address for this account, Click on Next

Fill in the Incoming mail server (pop3.ipop.com), Fill in the Outgoing mail Server (smtp.ipop.com). Click on Next

Fill in the POP3 Account Name or logon user name, (username), Click on Next

To ensure the program does not to prompt for a password, enter the password. If not leave it blank and it will ask every time it checks the mailbox

Click Finish

You'll notice that the Internet Accounts dialog box now shows our mail server as being installed.

Select the account from the dialog box and click Properties.

Now click the the Severs Tab and check the box the reads: My sever requires Authentication

Click OK. You can click Close to get back into Outlook and your done.
